ZKLDF series turntable bearings

The ZKLDF series turntable bearings consist of an integral outer ring, two inner rings, two sets of steel balls, and a cage assembly, with a contact angle of 60 degrees. The ZKLDF series turntable bearings have sealing caps on both sides to prevent the ingress of external contaminants and impurities, and to prevent leakage of internal grease. The ZKLDF turntable bearings use composite barium-based grease for lubrication and can also be relubricated through oil holes on the outer ring. The ZKLDF turntable bearings feature a double-direction 60-degree contact angle and a double-row ball structure design, enabling them to withstand radial loads, double-direction axial loads, and overturning moments. The specially designed brass cage provides higher strength and lower frictional torque; therefore, this series of bearings is particularly suitable for ultra-high speed, long-term operation, and applications requiring high rigidity and precision.
